Background:
 

The LARC fund, to be launched by the Earl of Yarborough at the Lincolnshire Show in June 2009, is managed by its founders, the Lincolnshire Agricultural Society, Rural Support Network and the Community Foundation (1092328).

 

Our Mission is to support rural communities (people and groups) through education, advice and small grants.  Our management costs are minimal.  We deploy over seventy volunteers.

 
 

What will we Fund?

  • Small grants for Countryside projects
  • Craft and skills training
  • Support for farming families, especially those who are disadvantaged, disabled or in distress.
  • Educational programmes like healthy eating, energy efficiency and local food
  • Bursaries for agricultural workshops and events

 

Donations to the Fund:
 

We will at least double all donations to the LARC Fund!!

 
 
What’s in it for you?

  • Share our services (field workers, assessors and other volunteers) to promote your own fund
