The social justice and equality theme was perhaps one of the most difficult to identify   data around. This is due to different opinions and definitions of the term social justice. Much of the focus was around protected characteristics,  but there were still data gaps for this theme. As a result some predicted prevalence data was used where no actual data source was available.
